The Wild Revealed

A dedicated Sony shooter, Morgan (Mo) Heim is a photographer and filmmaker focused on expanding our understanding of wildlife as they navigate an ever-changing world. Mo is a National Geographic Explorer who travels on expeditions with scientists as they go to extremes to explore the stories of wildlife and what they have to teach us.

Her goal is to show the humanity behind science and put their findings into a broader context of our daily lives. She is a Senior Fellow with the International League of Conservation Photographers and co-founder of Her Wild Vision Initiative, connecting diverse women conservation photographers and filmmakers with those looking to hire them. She holds degrees in ecology and environmental journalism. She has been awarded in Wildlife Photographer of the Year, Big Picture Natural World Photo Competition and Siena International Photo Awards. You can see her work on the pages of National Geographic, Smithsonian, Audubon and The New York Times, and on the screen on PBS and festivals such as Banff Mountain Film and Wild & Scenic.
