 I met Ugur Karatas from Angora Coffee Company 2 years ago, we had a little chat and he make me the best Turkish coffee I ever had!

Last week he reach out to me and invited me for coffee cupping. I was super hype, I got a unique chance to visit his roaster in the Chicago suburbs to learn more about coffee tasting (cupping) and coffee roasting!
