Can I print photo of $ bill?

Hello, I took an awesome photo of a dollar bill but Photoshop won't even allow me to open it! I was surprised, and read some articles about it, it looks like technically we can print it if it is 150% bigger than the original. But I can't find anywhere online anyone selling this type of print. Does anyone have more info on that?
