My Camera and Alexa

Hi every body,

I have many Sony cameras in my studio, I turned the switch on for all, and leave them recording, when I finish , I turned room's power by Alexa Echo.  I don't use camera's buttons to turn on and off. Is that hurt the cameras, is it healthy for camera power?
