a7iii video record issue pixeling bands

The video looks fine in the camera, there is hesitation but no banding. When I import it to the PC it happens. Both cards had it. Used three different card loaders and two different computers.

It has to be the camera! Anyone else have this issue?

Could contain: Baseball Cap, Cap, Hat, Adult, Male, Man, Person, Wood, Photography, People
