Remember, you can now download the update file [BODYDATA.DAT] and then simply put it on a freshly formatted SD card.  Then insert the card into the camera with a fuilly charged battery, go to the suitcase menu and find "version."  Once you do that with the card inserted in the body, click "execute."  That's all there is!  Easy Peasey, nice and easy...
