Titwild
Hello! I've been stuck with this problem for several months now with my FX30 Sony. The adjustment knob (it doesn't matter which one) associated with AV water and the one associated with ISO don't work, the one associated with TV does. A message appears in the bottom left-hand corner when I touch one of these knobs (see photo). If I change the distribution of the knobs, it's always the same problem. I did the last update (V4) and the problem persists. It was working fine before, and the problem appeared for no reason with the first ISO or AV setting, then the other a few times later. I have to use the camera's menu, which isn't very practical for my wildlife video work... Do you know of a solution? videosoul
I think this is either caused by being in the wrong mode, such as P/A/S/M instead of Movie mode: https://helpguide.sony.net/ilc/2220/v1/en/contents/TP1000885379.html Or by having the wrong exposure control type set: https://helpguide.sony.net/ilc/2220/v1/en/contents/TP1000885398.html or https://helpguide.sony.net/ilc/2220/v1/en/contents/TP1000867578.html It may also be that Aperture and ISO are set to auto: https://helpguide.sony.net/ilc/2220/v1/en/contents/TP1000885397.html
