7RM5 firmware update

I got email notification from retailer that Sony had released a firmware update for 7RM5 version 3.

When I went to link to download the download had been removed.

Wondering why I can't find anything here or anywhere else about 7RM5 update version 3.0 being withdrawn from downloads? Apparently there are confirmed reports of the update causing some cameras to have trouble starting up. Is there an expected re-release date?

I was sent link to download the 7RM5 version 3.0 firmware update.  Update went smoothly.  Has anyone else updated? Have you noticed any changes in functionality?

I find that configuring the 7RM5 is quite difficult and confusing especially when trying to assign functions the various CUSTOM BUTTONS and changing default assinments for named buttons such as AF-ON, AEL buttons. Then there's the hidden bundled functions such as the settings for https://us.community.sony.com/s/?language=en_US Recall Camera Setting 1, 2, 3.

It is extremely difficult to understand.
