7RM5 firmware update

I got email notification from retailer that Sony had released a firmware update for 7RM5 version 3.

When I went to link to download the download had been removed.

Wondering why I can't find anything here or anywhere else about 7RM5 update version 3.0 being withdrawn from downloads? Apparently there are confirmed reports of the update causing some cameras to have trouble starting up. Is there an expected re-release date?
