Once you get familiar with the Sony system you can move fairly seamlessly between most of the cameras. It is one of the great attributes of Sony and the engineers that develop the Sony cameras.

I have the 24mm f/2.8 compact lens and I really like it. I have not tried to make very large prints from it, so I can't speak to that. Also, i haven't used it on the Sony a7riv, but have used it on the Sony a1 and it looks good with that camera.

The new 24-70 GMii and 70-200 GMii are amazing lenses. I was blown away by their sharpness. I usually work in pretty dirty conditions, so as much as i love primes the zooms are part of my life.
