  1. What do you want your legacy to be?
  2. Thats a great tip abount the templates, espcially since all the popular systems come with them preloaded.
  3. I like what you said about prioritizing business organization and relationship building. What have been some key lessons you've learned while running your photography business?
  4. I look forward to seeing your photography featured in more magazine features and covers.
  5. What or who are your main influences in photography?
  6. How do you see your photography and business evolving in the next few years?
  7. A 30 or 65 1.8. When I use my 24-70 f2.8 I find that I'm almost always at those two focal lengths the most.
  8. Another vote for Printique. But if i'm just ordering random prints from photos on my phone, I use Google Photos since all my phone photos backs up to that app.
  9. This is a great question. Lately I've been looking at old photos from the 80's and 90's, mostly the ones that photographed hiphop artist. I'm really being inspired by them these days. The list so far is Jenette Beckman, Danny Hastings and Chi Modu. On a more modern note. I'm always excited to see what Joshua Kissi, Raven Varona, Dana Scruggs and the team at AB+DM will do next.
  10. Eye-AF, especially when I have a portrait session with kids.
  11. My first paid session was with the Sony A6000 and the kit lens. It was a family session in the park.
  12. Okay....this looks AWESOME
  13. I would suggest a large parabolic umbrella with a diffuser or Glow Easy Octabox. Don't forget to get a bowens mount to attach the speedlight.
  14. For social media edits, I use Premier Rush. I can edit on my phone/ipad or computer.
  15. It depends, but for events I use Photo Mechanic and edit in Lightroom. For portraits I use Capture One. As far posting with/without metadata, I made different export presets for that.
  16. Does anyone do special vlogs for dates with special numbers like this? I'm thinking of doing Day in the Life/5 seconds type of vlog, where I just show snippets of my day. Anyone else doing something?
  17. I don't know if this would be considered a feature, but lens selection is what I want to go with. There is something for all skill levels and budgets.
  18. It's not perfect (and some of its out of focus), but I recorded, edited and most importantly published my first vlog/YouTube short. I decided to do a series called Tiny Stories, where I give experiences from my life from my perspective. First up, how I make pancakes for my boys every Sunday.
  19. My first was the A6000. I LOVED that camera and miss it.
  20. I normally have my "Fairy Godmother" kit. It has a lint brush, safety pins, ponytail holders, baby wipes, tissues, fashion tape, snacks and a couple other things.
  21. I really liked this. the music went perfect with the edits. Thank you for sharing!
  22. I want to do more sessions that get me excited. I love photographing families, especially generational sessions. I want to do more of those and figure out a way to do portrait, lifestyle and commercial photography with family being my niche.
  23. A fanny pack. I used to lose lens caps like crazy, but I started wearing a runners fanny pack while I'm doing a session and I haven't lost one in a while.
