  1. I would like to know REAL LIFE pros and cons of the Sony FE 55mm F1.8. I would like to hear opinions from people who actually use or have used this lens before? I will use it for wedding documentary (people, action). I rarely take portraits. I love that this lens is very small and light.
  2. Thank you! 3:0 - I think I will go with 24/1.4 GM :))
  3. I switched from Canon DSLR to Sony mirrorless cameras last year. Why Sony? I wanted to try something new. I like to feel free and comfortable when I working in weddings. My priority was lighter weight of my gear so I decided to start working with mirrorless cameras. My goal was to buy a mirrorless camera with reasonably price and with PRO characteristics. It was Sony. What I love the most are lighter weight of the camera bodies, accurate and fast focusing, silent shutter. Sony have awesome non expensive lenses line, what other manufacturers do not have. My photography gear is very simple, minimal and lightweight. All these benefits of Sony mirrorless cameras help me to be better storyteller.
  4. I'm documentary wedding photographer. I'm using Sony 35mm F/1.4 GM - amazing lens, but sometimes I feel that I need something wider to fix more story in one frame. Sony 24mm F1.4 GM VS Zeiss Batis 25mm f2?
  5. My impressions are very good after a year of using the Sony a7 IV and the Sony 35mm f1.4 GM. Amazing combo for weddings. Sony 35mm f/1.4 GM – the best 35mm lens I have ever used. It's super sharp, super fast when wide open. The contrast is outstanding, even in backlit conditions. www.instagram.com/laurynas.butkevicius www.laurynasbutkevicius.lt
