    This may help... I've discovered a step that I don't recall using on the A7R IV. Here it is: Network - #2 Transfer/Remote - Bluetooth Rmt Ctrl - On It worked for me.

    Yeah, me too. Went through all the troubleshooting steps, but still no go. A solution would be welcome.
