Hi there, I've reset settings, tried numerous work-arounds but in my menu settings, I don't see the MASS STORAGE option under USB connection mode - only PC remote. The computer (Mac) isn't seeing the camera and I can't update the firmware. Any ideas greatly appreciated. - Jen
