FCP all the way! Been using everything under the sun for 30 years and nothing has made editing a joy like FCP. Stability, speed and an interface that disappears from your mind. Excellent integration with Motion to give realtime animation. Just finished editing a full length feature on my MacBook Pro. Working with RAW 5K files. It was a dream! Boggles my mind what can be achieved on modern laptops.

Does anyone know of a Sony solution for recovering a video clip in the RSV format? I had a battery die while shooting on an FX3 and the camera didn't get to finish writing the file I was recording. There's all kind of sketchy stuff on the internet. Was hoping that Sony had an application or service to recover the file as an MP4.
