  1. Thanks gegjrphoto! At least I know that someone else has noticed this. Yes please if there is a Sony moderator please answer.
  2. Hello, Recently the primary drive in my Windows 10 PC failed. When I replaced it and reloaded Windows I noticed I could not longer preview raw images in the Windows File Explorer. When I researched I figured out that Sony has discontinued the Windows driver for their raw images quite a while ago. Well, my workflow took a big hit. I can no longer easily cull images using the File Explorer. It was nice. I could see a burst of bad pictures and get rid of all of them with a couple of clicks. I was grouchy. What is everyone using to replace the file Explorer? I can find a lot of viewers but none that actually delete the file from the disk. Thanks in advance. Edited 1 hour ago by Bytor Forgot tags
  3. Hi Everyone, This is my second post. I chose the "Gear" forum because I thought it most closely followed my question regarding firmware and Software. Is there a place online and maybe within the Alpha Universe Community? I'm a retired software development manager I often discover bug and bugs that are features and just suggestion for the next release and / or camera. Thanks, Andy
  4. Hi, This is my first post to the Sony Alpha Universe Community. I hope I get it right. I am hoping that someone can help with this question. Are there Sony moderators that look in on the Community? Anyway, I shoot with an a7Rv. I typically shoot writing to two cards at once. I write uncompressed Raw to slot #1 (a CF Express) and 26mg Jpg to slot #2 (an SD card). I like to cull some images on the camera itself but I've noticed that images I thought I deleted from both cards really only are deleted on slot #1. Is this the correct behavior or is there a setting control this? Off subject, is there a place to report bugs or suggested software changes? I am a retired software developer and I'm constantly seeing things to report. Thanks! Andy
