I always used to be on my hands and knees moving gear from Pelican to Pelican when I was getting ready for a shoot. A couple of years ago I bought this professional mechanic toolbox. Now, when I get back from a trip I put all of my gear in the toolbox. I have separate drawers for lenses, bodies, media, batteries, wires, video, grip, etc...It's made packing and unpacking for different kinds of shoots so much easier. It also has a single lock that secures all the drawers at once which is a great feature. Some day I'm going to buy a 20' long custom Snap-on version like my Toyota mechanic has. In the meantime, this has been a huge upgrade for the tools of my trade.
