My first images with the new a7rV

What a week!! After the big announcement Wednesday, I was super excited to be able to play with the new a7rV during a photo walk Friday morning. It’s even more amazing than I hoped. Super fast and responsive, the eye tracking was fantastic. Skin tones were beautiful and I can’t wait to see the increased dynamic range in action in our studio! Here’s a few images from Friday. What features are you most looking forward to?

I like the flip out screen, which is very useful when shooting on a gimbal. The programmable exposure compensation dial is another great feature.

The AI autofocus sounds amazing, the new screen is very cool, the update to pixel shift, so many cool things!

Awesome shots Monica. Love the top one! It's a great camera, eh??? I love the flip out screen as mentioned by Ira as well as the ability to dial in exact shutter speeds in video.
