Why shouldn't Sony be there first to implement iso bracketing?

I've never found the ear of a manufacturer who will to listen to the suggestion of implementing iso bracketing. This would allow the aperture and exposure remain constant in aperture priority and the shutter speed would change.  This would be great when intensionally shooting what I call still motion images.  It would also be great for shooting wildlife. With an iso bracket you would be able to better balance noise vs freezing the action.  https://www.johnstuartstudio.com/still-motion
