This morning’s sunrise was amazing! The climate was crisp, and the lake was calm, allowing for a layer of light fog and mirror-like reflections. Oh boy! I just acquired this lens, and I must say that I’m In love! I think Sony must have sprinkled some fairy dust on it, because the quality of the images is nothing short of spectacular! I’ve captured a few birds and and some landscapes but would love to see what y’all have done for some inspiration! 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Hi everyone! I’m Mahesh Thapa, a long time Sony Alpha Collective member. I’ve been creating content for over 20 years with special interest in nature and landscape photography. Truth be told, however, I love any type of image that’s compelling. For me, photography is a passion, a serious hobby, and a creative outlet. “By day” I’m a Pediatric Radiologist at Seattle Children’s Hospital and Professor at the University of Washington school of medicine.
