  1. This is a great question. I'm not sure it's an either/or scenario. I have an #Alpha 6400 (a6400) and a #ZV-1 setup for livestreaming. I like that the Alpha 6400 (which I have set up at an angle to my computer) allows for interchangeable lenses (mine has a #Vario-Tessar T* FE 16-35mm F4 ZA OSS on it most of the time) and the ZV-1 is set up for head on. I run both through a capture card which has been very stable. I feel like this setup gives me a lot of versatility. A #ZV-E10 in place of the Alpha 6400 would also be a great solution, but since you already have the Alpha 6400 (like I did), you could keep it and add a ZV-1 and a lens or 2 to expand your setup'd versatility. Of course it depends on exactly what you're doing. You might also have a look at this video with Terry Warfield. (https://alphauniverse.com/stories/vlogging-tips-and-gear-with-terry-warfield/). He talks about gear like the ZV-E10 as well as some of his top vlogging tips.

  2. I’ve had a lot of success with the underrated Sony FE 100mm F2.8 STF GM

That 100mm is one of the great sleeper lenses of all time IMO. Truly unique, super sharp and with the STF it creates bokeh like no other.

  3. I prefer using the back button instead of the half-press on the shutter button to activate AF. It's more intuitive for me and I like having the shutter button dedicated to just one thing, tripping the shutter.

  4. I was really impressed with the Sony ZV-E10 and Sony VPT2BT wireless grip combo for both vlogging and capturing stable footage while traveling. I like how small the setup is and how I can use the flip out screen to get low to the ground for unique angles. This is a great camera when paired with the Sony E 10-20mm f/4 PZ G lens. I also like how the Sony VPT2BT wireless grip has a built in tripod so I can quickly set the camera up for timelapses without needing additional gear.

I am interested in checking out the Vlog Monitor for Xperia phones, specifically the Sony Xperia 1 IV. This looks like an amazing setup especially when needing to pack light.

Great. This is exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks for the great feedback.
