Expanding from Photography to YouTube

Hello Everyone,
I've been an amateur photographer for over 20 years. I'm now searching for gear to start a YouTube channel. I've been looking at the Sony ZV-E10 and Sony A7 SIII. It's a big step and I have a lot to learn.
I've been reading and watching reviews the past few months. I'm planning on making a purchase by January 2023. Can anyone offer any suggestions on which to choose?
