.arw Thumbnails Not Working / Windows 10 in File Explorer

Strange...  I used to have this problem with my a9 way back when that was new... I did correct that and forgot what I did.... My a9 raw files work on the same computer..

Now with my a1 (I'm shooting Raw Compressed) I just get the photoshop logo, no thumbnail...  

Any ideas before I enter the Google-Zone...
