Sony PXW-Z90 FTP error

I have got a Sony PXW-x70 and 2x Sony PXW-z90 video cameras. The X70 works perfect when I want to use FTP function and transfer easy but both the Z90's give an error as soon as you want to transfer. I tried to get answers from supplier as well as Sony but to no avail. What could be the error?
