I think I like the look for boudoir, but I still really enjoy boosted contrast in most situations. Drew_Geraci Posted December 3, 2022 Share Posted December 3, 2022 Lifted blacks definitely have a following with a lot of creators as it was/is basically used to simulate 'log' footage with a bit more contrast (back in the day, aka 2010). CarolineJensen Posted December 5, 2022 Share Posted December 5, 2022 I like softly lifted blacks, although I prefer softening them with levels in Photoshop and masking than upping the lower left side of curves in Lightroom.
