Great question @Aggomes! The #Alpha 6000 (a6000) was also my first Sony Alpha camera 👌 I have a few simple pieces of advice that you can focus on as you begin to learn and practice your photography. Try to focus on your composition, and start by using some common rules to compose your images. Lookup the "rule of thirds", the "Golden ratio", "Leading lines", and other well known compositional best practices, so you can begin to combine your nack for capturing unique moments, with sound compositional principles. For me, I'm always looking to elevate the context of my images through composition. Our eyes are drawn to certain patterns and ratios, so the more you can emphasize those things in your photography, the more people will connect with your images IMHO. Here's one example of my focus on composition, at Pearl Harbor using the rule of thirds to direct your eye to my subjects. The sailor and the flag are both positioned in the thirds on each side.  

Hi there @Maui, I don't personally own an #RX10 IV myself, but I imagine that most of the features and settings are similar to the rest of Sony's cameras. Having given one on one classes to students before here in Seattle, I think you'd benefit from that, as you would get hands on training. My advice would be to reach out to your local camera stores, and inquire about upcoming classes with their Sony technical representative. Sony has a dedicated team of Alpha technical experts that service the local camera stores, and they typically arrange for education on Alpha cameras and techniques. Hey there @Chrisbrockhurst! I shoot both stills and videos! My current setup is 2x A1 & 2x A7SIII when I'm filming. I use the classic bride, groom, safety (wide rear), and a roaming gimbal setup. That'll usually be enough for ceremony coverage. After that, I plant two angles for toasts to cover the couple and the toaster, and roam with my gimbal. What kind of advice are you looking for @SDMPhotography? Lenses, publishing options, locations...? I love my #Alpha 1 (Alpha1) as well and use it for all of my professional work. For birding advice, you may look to consult some of the experts in the field? Checkout some of my favorite bird photos, taken with my A1 & #FE 200-600mm F5.6-6.3 G OSS    

😬 that's a tough question @Educopilot! When it comes to only one prime for the year, I'd have to agree. The #FE 50mm F1.2 GM is my most used prime, but if I had to choose a zoom, it would be my #FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM II. It's such an amazing zoom and i could pretty much shoot all of my photo and video assignments with it all year 👌

The 50GM is my go to focal length @Nino. In my opinion, it's the perfect focal length for portraits. One step back gets me closer to 35, and a step forward is closer to 85. I almost never leave home without it 👌 Here's mine, mounted on the original #Alpha 7R (a7R)
