Will it never be an update for the A7RIV ?

Like medium size Raw for example..:)

Hopefully, we'll see some of those advancements coming to the older cameras soon too. Let's keep our fingers crossed!

The way Sony presented the V make you feel like the IV have all the flaw that the V dont 😞 

It could nice that they update some of them so the IV doesn't look so bad.. like sizes of the raw, faster turning on, better autofocus, focus staking, ... Dont know if that is all possible with the same hardware but I hope some of them are possible to be upgraded 🙂

I’m not saying it won’t happen, but generally when a new camera or software is released, you don’t typically see companies do much with older versions. The r4 came out almost 4 years ago (which is a LONG time in the camera world), so I wouldn’t hold my breath. But I hope I’m wrong and they issue a great firmware update as I have one too 🙂
