Recommendation for a good lens for travel

I'm looking to buy a good, easy to carry travel lens for the Sony A7IV.  Does anyone have any good recommendations?

The new 20-70/4 G or the 24-105/4 are great all around lenses

Outstanding, I was considering both of these lens.  I'm leaning more towards the 24-105 because I can find it used.

I love mine and use it a lot

I agree wholeheartedly with Tony... I use the 24-105mm a lot with my landscape work. It is not a GM lens but it should be - it is razor sharp
